Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

  • Participates in walk-throughs, communicates successes and opportunities
  • Serves as leader on duty as needed
  • Adheres to organizational Code of Conduct
  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
  • May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
  • Previous retail experience preferred
