Position Type: Full-time - availabilities needed 8a-4p or 6a-4p At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Ability to speak English (bi-lingual a plus!)
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast paced environment
Ability to work outside all seasons for 60+ minutes.
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure and respond to changes to orders quickly and efficiently
Reliable transportation
Basic reading, writing and math skills

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and reinforce core values
Work drive-through both inside and outside in various kinds of weather
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Prepare and package food and drinks with speed and accuracy
Maintain a clean environment
Maintain health and food safety standards
Prompt and regular attendance for scheduled shifts
Multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
Other duties as assigned
