About The Position

As a member of the Guest Experience Team at the Dartmouth Skiway you will perform a wide variety of tasks aimed at giving our guests friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This position will assist guests in ticketing, Snowsports School, and retail transactions, as well as associated cash handling and accounting duties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to accurately follow cash handling and accounting procedures
• Must be able to follow policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in like field preferred, but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transactions involving ticketing, Snowsports School and retail
• Accurate accounting and cash handling
• Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to learn software associated with selling products at the Dartmouth Skiway
• Willingness to learn product offerings at the Dartmouth Skiway
• Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
• Performs other duties as assigned
