What You’ll Do As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest. You’ll:

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be available between 6AM and 10PM, including weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification and tech-savviness are a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with friendly, accurate service
Restock shelves and keep displays organized
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms and parking areas
Support across departments — from cashiering to general store upkeep
Handle transactions and cash responsibly, following all company policies
