Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
Job knowledge and experience in hospitality (previous supervisory experience preferred).
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising Front Desk operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
Provide excellent service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations at all times.
Run shifts smoothly, ensuring all checklist items are completed and standards are met.
Supervise and support Front Desk staff, making staffing adjustments to meet service levels.
Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing staff.
Handle routine associate issues and communicate effectively with management.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and perform uniform inspections.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure staff readiness.
Oversee financial accuracy, including cash handling and compliance with credit policies.
Promote teamwork, recognize associate successes, and foster a positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to enhance operations and guest experience.
