Responsibilities

• Ensure that the hotel guests' expectations are fulfilled and personalize the guest stay pre- and post-arrival and during the guest stay.
• Play an active role in hotel-wide guest recognition.
• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.
• Make personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
• Supervise the day-to-day running of the guest experience program from all aspects.
• Perform pre-arrival tasks to ensure complete satisfaction upon arrival and throughout stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage team as needed to synchronize service between departments and fulfill all guest requests.
