About The Position

We're looking for a people-focused professional who excels at delivering outstanding service while helping guests find the right car wash solution for their needs. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for every customer - building rapport, understanding their car care habits, and confidently recommending the services and membership packages that fit their routine. Your ability to read customers, ask the right questions, and make tailored recommendations will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earnings through our membership commission program.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to read customers and adapt your approach based on their needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather conditions
  • Capable of standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math and POS system experience
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and motivation to succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with every guest to understand their car care needs and recommend the best service option
  • Educate customers on wash services and unlimited membership packages, helping them see the value and convenience
  • Build rapport quickly by picking up on cues about how customers use and care for their vehicles
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash and card)
  • Answer questions about our services and help guests make confident decisions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless guest experience and support daily operational goals
  • Ensure a safe, positive, high-energy experience for every guest
