About The Position

The Guest Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation is responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exemplary experience by providing professional, friendly, and courteous service. This role involves interacting with guests, crew members, and coworkers, and performing various tasks both inside and outside near aircraft. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, holidays, and weekends, and involves working in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
  • Good judgment and ability to follow directions from management.
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with conflict resolution in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English in various formats.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
  • Familiarity with using computers and company software.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members and guests to ensure services are handled professionally.
  • Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately.
  • Provide concierge services such as arranging reservations and transportation.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve requests efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities and services.
  • Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team.
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness.
  • Promote and sell the Company's services to guests.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs.
  • Identify individuals in accordance with security procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions or acts to management.
  • Comply with emergency response procedures.
  • Enforce security protocols and create accurate records of activities.
  • Use the contact management system to personalize guest experiences.
  • Assist the Airside Experience team with various services.
