As the Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in leading the Front of House (FOH) team and ensuring smooth, 24/7 retail operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team that delivers top-tier service. Your success will be measured by sales growth, customer feedback, brand standard adherence, and profitability metrics like inventory control, labor, and expense management.
