About The Position

The position involves providing superior guest service and positively affecting interactions with guests and Team Members. The individual must have the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in various business conditions and work effectively and courteously with fellow Team Members. Responsibilities include providing reporting and improvement suggestions for the guest service program, reviewing and analyzing guest feedback, ensuring timely responses to customer feedback, and working with front line Team Members to emphasize engagement and ownership of change. The role also requires preparing reports, deploying surveys, and maintaining standards of service and processes for guests. The individual must adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
