About The Position

The Guest Experience Leader will recruit, equip, and shepherd volunteers who implement a fantastic 'One at a Time' guest experience from street to seat.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests
• Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Nelson County
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Southeast's Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
• Recruit, Equip, and Shepherd volunteers for these areas of ministry:
• Greeters/Ushers
• Parking Lot
• New Here Team
• Café/Hospitality
• Special Event weekends
