About The Position

As a Part-Time Retail Host, YOU are the final piece of the magic puzzle! You’ll help guests wrap up their visit with the perfect souvenirs, great service, and a big smile. Whether you're helping a child pick out their first LEGO set, assisting families in finding exclusive items, or keeping the store looking awesome — you’ll make every moment count.
You’ll deliver top-tier guest service, keep our shop inviting and well stocked, and make sure every guest leaves with a memorable experience (and maybe a bag full of bricks!).

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Bring big energy, enthusiasm, and a warm smile to every guest
• Assist guests with product choices and share your LEGO knowledge proudly
• Maintain a strong sales approach to help meet and exceed goals
• Ensure product displays are fully stocked, clean, and always looking their best
• Seek out guest interaction and create playful, engaging moments
• Help manage lines efficiently while still keeping the experience fun
• Follow opening & closing procedures with care and consistency
• Uphold all Health, Safety & Security procedures, including COVID-19 policies
