About The Position

Join the fun at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus!
Do you have the magic to make people smile? Love creating fun, memorable moments for others? Then come be part of our awesome team as a Guest Experience Host!
In this role, you’ll bring the fun to life by supporting Admissions, Food & Beverage, and Retail—helping guests kick off their adventure, grab tasty treats, and find the perfect LEGO souvenir. Every day is different, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to make someone’s day!

Requirements

• 6 months experience or more working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile
• Help guests purchase tickets, food, and LEGO goodies
• Keep lines moving while making the wait fun and engaging
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high quality and cleanliness
• Keep retail areas stocked, organized, and exciting
• Create a safe, clean, and magical environment for all guests
