As part of our Admissions team, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.

Requirements

• Have a positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude
• Enjoy speaking with and assisting guests
• Can stay energized during repetitive tasks
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with eye contact, a warm greeting, and a friendly smile
• Answer questions about tickets, packages, pricing, and attraction policies
• Assist guests with self-service kiosk purchases
• Sell and scan tickets and Annual Passes using our point-of-sale system
• Learn and confidently execute upselling opportunities
• Facilitate admissions for groups, field trips, and special events
• Resolve guest ticketing questions with professionalism and care
• Communicate and uphold all entrance policies and procedures
• Create personalized guest interactions (celebrations, welcome backs, etc.)
• Support lobby cleanliness and maintain a guest-ready environment
