The base salary range for this position is $27.00 - $28.14 hourly. With your keen understanding of local excursions and a flair for crafting seamless experiences, you'll be the architect of personalized itineraries that turn travel dreams into extraordinary realities. Be an integral part of the Suite and Residence experience. This includes pre-arrival communication, and ensuring all requests and needs are met while guests are on property.

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications required.
  • At least two years of front office or related discipline experience preferred.
  • High school or equivalent education required.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Property Management system Opera & ALICE Suite are assets.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • First Aid certification an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all VIP, and Special Attention guests upon arrival ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
  • Maintains a visible presence in the Front of House areas with the ability to give accurate information regarding daily activities; has knowledge of activities in and outside of the hotel and on the Island.
  • Maintain a detailed log record tracking all guest requests.
  • Responsible for handling and follow up of guest complaints and concerns quickly.
  • Updates guest profiles promptly and according to preferences.
  • Maintains relationships with our preferred vendors.
  • Ensure all Guest Experience materials are up to date, including daily arrivals, & communicates promptly with other Concierge, Front Desk, Valet, Shuttle Drivers & Bellman of new information and details.
  • Provides orientation of the hotel, as well as outlets within.
  • An expert of restaurants on the island, as well as local attractions.
  • Ability to customize and tailor any experience for a guest.
  • Will adhere and follow all departmental policies, standards, and provide exceptional service.
  • Adhere to and follow all safety policies.
  • Will execute excellent email, departmental and pre-shift communications.
  • Must display organizational excellence and adaptability to business demands.
  • Other duties as assigned.
