Requirements

• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and the First Monday Evening of each month (5:30–7:30 Team Meeting)
• A passion for beauty and for making people feel amazing
• Great entry point for recent cosmetology graduates or those beginning their career in beauty
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Social media management or makeup experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all Guests
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software
• Contact members and clients to encourage rebooking and maintain strong relationships
• Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly
• Monitor and assist with inventory to ensure products are stocked and organized
• Serve as a Membership Concierge by explaining membership guidelines and benefits, highlighting monthly perks and promotions, and assisting with membership freezes and cancellations
• Promote product sales, service upgrades, and memberships to help grow the business
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities
• Run and manage the salon’s social media presence with creative, engaging content
• Assist the Owner and Bar Boss with administrative tasks and appointment coordination
• Assist with shampoo services (if licensed cosmetologist)
• Complete makeup training (provided by Blo) and assist with makeup services as part of your role
