About The Position
Responsible for supporting the Customer Service Representatives and Shift Supervisors to provide excellent customer service to the guests of Centene Community Ice Center. Will assist with developing customer service policies and training for the Customer Service employees. Exceptional customer service and standards of excellence are a key component to the vision of excellence.
