About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent experience required, continuing education preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in guest support, client services, or equivalent experience
  • Commitment to work ALL preseason, regular season, and playoff home games (nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays included).
  • Must be able to stand and/or exert well-paced mobility for periods for 10-12 hours in length.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs.
  • Coachable and growth mindset.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to convey information and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong time management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work ancillary events & Cardinals’ events including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, championing our organization
  • Greet & welcome all fans who attend games and events with excitement and positivity
  • Embrace the Cardinals Way and demonstrate our core values with consistency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all team and stadium information to effectively communicate with all guests
  • Have a high level of familiarity with the Cardinals Mobile App, and Interactive Stadium Map to assist with guest communication and problem solving
  • Have a high level of attention to detail to maintain a safe and clean environment for all guests
  • Ensure concerns are addressed and communicated to management
  • Resolves guest concerns, complaints and compliments in a professional and efficient manner without unnecessarily referring guests to other team members – researching, offering solutions, multiple options, and strategies
  • Go above and beyond by providing random acts of kindness for our guests, especially children and those visiting State Farm Stadium for special occasions to provide positive long-lasting memories
  • Other duties as assigned
