The Guest Experience Associate assists customers with a variety of subject matter. As a Guest Experience Associate, you would be responsible for assisting escalated customer concerns, and research and bring resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines. Additionally, you would assist customers with financing, take payment, explain delivery process, warranty and answer any other questions that arise during the purchasing process. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and difficult issues with professionalism. In this role you must have excellent follow-through ability and possess outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills
