About The Position

#1 Furniture and Mattress Retailer, Ashley HomeStore! We are growing locally and seeking talented Guest Experience Associate to join our team! Description: The Guest Experience Associate assists customers with a variety of subject matter. As a Guest Experience Associate, you would be responsible for assisting escalated customer concerns, and research and bring resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines. Additionally, you would assist customers with financing, take payment, explain delivery process, warranty and answer any other questions that arise during the purchasing process. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and difficult issues with professionalism. Requirements

• 1-year experience working in a retail, office or customer service setting
• Excellent/professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
• Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Tools
• Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional telephone skills
• Understands basic financial terms
• Ability to work weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM
• Highly organized

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
