About The Position

Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized and running smoothly. Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focused on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning and conference center management. Distinct from recruitment agencies, we do not engage in temporary contracts. Requirements

  • A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience in all aspects of the role.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously, while constantly interacting with visitors in a public environment.
  • Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
  • Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
  • Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  • A consistently professional approach, with a mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside one's job domain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
  • Manage the reception desk and greet employees and visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction.
  • Meet, greet, and escort VIP guests.
  • Ensure highest level of hospitality throughout guest visit.
  • Assist with creating a collaborative environment amongst team.
  • Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
  • Respond to inquiries and anticipate customer needs.
  • General administrative support.
  • Follow all security procedures and ensure everyone has the required credentials.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with the appropriate team members.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with all other departments.
  • May serve as point of contact for external vendors/service providers.
  • Proactive, timely and clear communication to team and leadership, especially alerting team of changes and needs to support successful front desk and floor services functions.
  • Effectively solve space or amenity related issues to ensure an elevated guest/client experience.
  • Observe floor operations, user behaviors and suggest strategic changes to continue enhancing the experience on the floor.
  • Ensure all Life/Safety compliance is met and tracked for employees/visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
