About The Position

Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking part time Guest Experience Ambassadors that are flexible to work day, evening or weekend shifts. Successful Guest Experience Ambassadors will support the overall Visitor Experience at Buffalo Trace Distillery by focusing on customer service and frustration free operations. They will strive to make every consumer contact an influential raving fan of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and Buffalo Trace bourbon!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 21+ years of age
• Be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Ability and willingness to work part time, non-traditional hours (nights and weekends, 12-30 hrs. per week).

Nice To Haves

• Customer service/retail and/or tourism experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall Visitor Experience at Buffalo Trace Distillery by focusing on customer service and frustration free operations.
• Strive to make every consumer contact an influential raving fan of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and Buffalo Trace bourbon!
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Buffalo Trace visitors with a focus in Visitor Arrival & Parking, Welcome Center & Visitor Check-In, Reservation Emails & Phone Calls, Visitor Transportation, Outside Greeter, and/or Tasting Bar Support.
• Encourage tour visitors to visit the gift shop, making suggestions for purchases and helping visitors locate their desired items.
• Partner with tour guides and gift shop associates to generate revenues and raving fans of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and bourbon.
