Job Purpose: The Guest Experience Administrative & Retail Manager manages the administrative work required to keep Guest Experience & Heinz Hall Presents productions and projects on track, as well as managing retail operations for the Pittsburgh Symphony as well as all presentations at Heinz Hall.
