About The Position

The Guest Environment Expert role at EDITION Hotels, part of Marriott International, is focused on creating a memorable and unique guest experience beyond just providing a clean room. This position requires skills in a wide range of housekeeping functions, with responsibility for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Experts are empowered to take initiative and perform necessary tasks, such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. Critical to success in this role are ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role is physically demanding, requiring individuals to be on their feet, moving around, and capable of handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
