About The Position

Guest Engagement Center (GEC) Representative – Sales Be the first voice our customers hear—and the reason they show up. We’re looking for a Guest Engagement Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications and set quality sales appointments. If you’re confident on the phone, sharp with follow-up, and energized by hitting goals, this role fits.

Requirements

  • Customer service, inside sales, or BDC experience (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
  • CRM experience (VINSolutions a plus)
  • Positive attitude with the resilience to handle rejection
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week; schedule rotates between the days/hours of Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and web leads
  • Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails
  • Set showroom, virtual, or test-drive appointments
  • Enter accurate notes and activity in VINSolutions
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Meet or exceed monthly contact and appointment goals
  • Maintain a professional, guest-first experience at all times
