About The Position

As a Guest Check-in Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our guests as they arrive at our establishment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
  • Verify the accuracy of reservation details and process payments efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with any special requests or needs during their stay.
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
