About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Guest Check-in Staff member to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in creating a positive first impression, addressing guest inquiries, and handling check-in and check-out procedures accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
  • Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in using reservation and front desk software

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Verify guest identification and reservation details accurately
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities
  • Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Process payments and issue receipts or invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, room availability, and billing information
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary
