About The Position

The Guest Arrival Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota is responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for guests upon their arrival and departure. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, performing physical tasks such as lifting and transporting items up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
