The Guest Arrival Expert plays a crucial role in creating memorable first and last impressions for guests at the hotel. This position is responsible for guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and contributes to an overall exceptional stay. The role involves a variety of tasks, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local highlights, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No specific license or certification is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
