What you get to do: Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors Perform guest reservation check-in/check-out functions using computer Perform guest bag checks Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities Perform guest check-in functions for in-park activities Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests Maintain a safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent guest service skills Cash handling skills Able to stand for long periods of time Able to walk in sand Able to lift 30 pounds Able to push/pull 50 pounds with assistance Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes Available to work 2 full days per week Able to work shifts starting as early as 5:30 AM and ending as late as 11:00 pm (for special events) Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent guest service skills
Cash handling skills
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to walk in sand
Able to lift 30 pounds
Able to push/pull 50 pounds with assistance
