Requirements

  • You’re naturally guest-obsessed—hospitality isn’t just your job, it’s your vibe.
  • You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for hospitality experience).
  • You’re a strong communicator: approachable, friendly, and clear in any situation.
  • You bring previous customer service know-how, ideally from hotels, restaurants, or anywhere people and personalities collide.
  • You’re tech-savvy—Microsoft Office and resort software? Easy.
  • You know how to stay cool under pressure, even when lines grow and phones ring off the hook.
  • You’re flexible—weekends, holidays, mornings, or nights, you get the industry hustle.
  • You thrive in diverse spaces, welcoming all guests and teammates with care and authenticity.
  • You’re organized, self-motivated, and ready to juggle it all without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless welcome—greeting guests, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and setting the tone for their stay.
  • Execute an elevated start to the stay including highlighting key amenities and features with authentic charm, even escorting a guest to their room if necessary.
  • Manage delivery of guest items (luggage, amenities, special requests) quickly and carefully.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized support to elevate every interaction.
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and swift, thoughtful solutions.
  • Field calls and emails with top-tier etiquette—managing bookings, changes, and confirmations with accuracy and flair.

  • Guide guests through the reservation process, offering tailored suggestions and upsell opportunities that enhance their stay.
  • Maintain precise records, payments, and fee collections while keeping guest accounts tidy and accurate.
  • Partner with housekeeping and operations to ensure rooms are spotless and guest-ready.
  • Curate a welcoming lobby atmosphere that’s organized, polished, and always guest-ready.
  • Share insider local knowledge—hidden gems, must-sees, and can’t-miss events to enrich their experience.
  • Support extra projects and special initiatives that elevate the guest journey.
