The Guest Ambassador Intern at Cirrus Aircraft plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for all visitors to the Vision Center campus. This internship is designed to enhance customer relationships by implementing the Service Essentials, which aim to create personal experiences and foster a world-class environment for all guests. The intern will be responsible for greeting and engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and responding promptly to inquiries. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued during their time at the campus. The intern will assist with various tasks that contribute to the overall customer experience, including placing and processing fuel orders, organizing visitor badges, coordinating meal services, and managing the courtesy car fleet. Collaboration with the Delivery Experience team and other departments is essential to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. The intern will also be responsible for shuttling and escorting customers to different buildings across the campus, providing coverage for other Guest Ambassadors, and performing data entry work related to SalesForce and weekly reports. In addition to these responsibilities, the intern will maintain common spaces by ensuring they are organized, stocked, and clean. The role also involves energizing the Cirrus Service Essentials and striving to improve service performance and practices. A significant aspect of the internship includes creating and developing a project throughout the summer, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership at the end of the internship.
