About The Position

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate for guest experience, welcoming and exceeding guest service expectations through interaction and recovery. You will be empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring exceptional quality. Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
• Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and the Target App.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up Orders.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies.
