About The Position

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate for guest experience, welcoming and exceeding guest service expectations. You will focus on guest interaction and recovery, ensuring a quick and easy shopping experience at the checklanes, guest services, and other areas. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
• Observe and understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to understand their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches and store activities.
• Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and the Target App.
• Handle returns and partner with leaders to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up orders.
• Work safely and comply with all safety policies.
