As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be part of a team that prioritizes guest experience by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
  • Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for the guest.
  • Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
  • Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches and store activities.
  • Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and the Target App.
  • Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
  • Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up orders.
  • Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies.
