About The Position

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate for guest experience, welcoming and exceeding guest service expectations. You will engage with guests both in-store and digitally, ensuring a quick and easy shopping experience. This role provides opportunities to develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and guest interaction. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, and promoting various services and offerings.

• Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and the Target App.
• Handle returns and partner with leaders to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up orders.
• Comply with safety policies and best practices.
