This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. The Retail Selling job family represents the brand to clients, guiding them at every stage of the buying journey. Client Advisors advise customers during the buying journey, presenting the collection using brand standards and following company values as the visible face of the brand. They contribute to reaching sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
