The Gucci Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the brand's values as a Gucci Ambassador. This role focuses on creating a luxury client experience, achieving sales goals, and building lasting relationships with clients.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the brand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain security standards within the store for the safety of customers and merchandise.
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Keep the understock and stock room organized and neat.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work a flexible schedule.
