The GTM Systems Leader at Writer is a pivotal role focused on developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) systems strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM systems strategy, ensuring integration with existing platforms and processes.
  • Lead project teams consisting of internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end GTM processes including lead routing, sales process, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement GTM technology solutions.
  • Manage security, roles, and permissions for all GTM systems.
  • Implement a robust Salesforce governance strategy, ensuring data integrity and system design best practices.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and coordinate end-user training and best practices.
  • 7+ years of experience working in a SaaS operations and systems role.
  • Several Salesforce administrator certifications.
  • Experience partnering with RevOps, Finance, Sales, and Product.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create paved roads from dirt paths.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a proclivity to lean into new subject matter.
  • Proactive communication skills, both synchronous and asynchronous.
  • Experience managing and building relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder levels.
