GTM Systems Lead

AirNew York, NY
$140,000 - $185,000Hybrid

About The Position

Air is looking for a GTM Systems Lead to own the systems layer that powers our Sales, Marketing and PLG motions. You will design and evolve the architecture connecting our full GTM stack - from CRM to sales orchestration to analytics - and partner directly with Marketing, Sales & CS leadership to turn strategy into operational infrastructure. At the center of it all is Salesforce: you are the product owner of our CRM architecture and responsible for how it’s built and evolved. This is not a ticket-taking role: You are the technical backbone of how we go to market. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive automation, and own a systems roadmap that supports a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-8 years in GTM Systems, Business Systems, or RevOps with 3+ years owning Salesforce Sales Cloud as a hands-on builder. You’ve been the product owner of CRM architecture and have experience supporting multiple GTM motions. B2B SaaS background preferred.
  • Technical Ability: Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise across the full configuration-to-code spectrum - data architecture, automation (declarative and Apex-based), security and governance, and integrations. Strong understanding of warehouse alignment (BigQuery or similar) and familiarity with the broader GTM stack (Clay, Salesloft, Gong, or equivalents). You know when to configure and when to code, and you’ve made that call enough times to have strong opinions about it.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You like to work in public, own problems end-to-end, and move with intentional speed, so your best ideas ship fast and make a visible dent.
  • Obsessed with Winning: Everyone at Air plays to win, says the hard thing, and progresses every day while building genuine relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Salesforce as our core CRM - ensuring uptime, data quality, and process reliability across the GTM stack
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to maintain data governance standards and power reliable GTM reporting.
  • Build and maintain scalable, auditable workflows that support the full customer lifecycle - lead routing, opportunity management, and quote-to-cash, and attribution modeling.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and ship targeted improvements based on direct stakeholder input
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances ongoing maintenance with strategic enhancements - and scales as we add new GTM motions
  • Own end-to-end delivery of scoped projects: gather and refine requirements, build in sandbox, run stakeholder testing, and deploy to production
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications in direct partnership with GTM leaders
  • Establish documentation, change management, and version control practices to maintain reliability and traceability

Benefits

  • Growth and Impact: Join a rapidly scaling company with a mission to transform the creative ops space. Your work will have a direct, tangible impact on [our ARR growth].
  • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with dependent coverage. You’ll also enjoy a generous work-from-home stipend, professional development reimbursement, and unlimited vacation days.
  • Commitment to Diversity: We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and strive to create an inclusive culture that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this role is USD $140,000 - $185,000 + equity, commensurate with experience.
