About The Position

We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to drive analytics, reporting, and operational excellence across the Go-To-Market organization. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, provide actionable insights, and enable leadership to make informed decisions on revenue strategy, forecasting, and customer success performance. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics teams to define core metrics, optimize operational workflows, and maintain a reliable source of truth for GTM performance. This is a high-impact position for a proactive, data-driven professional who enjoys cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will help shape the strategic direction of GTM initiatives and ensure the organization operates with confidence and efficiency. The role combines deep analytics, operational strategy, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Strategy & Operations.
  • Expert-level SQL skills for building complex queries and data models.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce data, architecture, and operational reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS GTM motions, including acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, product-led SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain source-of-truth reporting across the ARR waterfall and GTM Scorecard metrics.
  • Partner with BI/Analytics to develop scalable data models and dashboards for GTM stakeholders.
  • Define, document, and operationalize core GTM metrics, including ARR growth, funnel metrics, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop advanced SQL-based analyses to support forecasting, pipeline health, and strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights to GTM and RevOps leadership to inform planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Support operational analytics initiatives such as source attribution, channel and partner performance, and funnel optimization.
  • Ensure Salesforce data is accurate, well-modeled, and effectively leveraged in reporting and analytics.
