About The Position

Tavily is an AI-powered search platform changing how businesses and individuals access knowledge. We help users make faster, smarter decisions through real-time, context-aware answers — not just links. As we expand our Go-To-Market operations, we’re looking for a GTM & RevOps Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role connects data, systems, and GTM strategy to help our Sales and Marketing teams scale efficiently and intelligently.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales or revenue operations, or CRM management (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and visualization tools (HubSpot Reports, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working across time zones (Israel–US East Coast overlap)
  • Self-starter attitude: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM data and integrations across marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Build and automate dashboards and reports that give visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and activity performance
  • Support Sales and RevOps teams by troubleshooting data issues and improving CRM workflows
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and process gaps using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with the US GTM team to ensure lead management, deal progression, and reporting are seamless
  • Support projects involving data enrichment, automation, and tool integrations across the GTM stack
