About The Position

Our start-up client is looking for a mid-level GTM recruiter. This is a fully remote six-month contract with the possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top GTM talent Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions Utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract top talent Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate).
  • Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles (titles, scope, tech stack indicators, project impact, progression).

Nice To Haves

  • GTM sourcer (in-house or agency)
  • Early-career GTM recruiter who has run some full-cycle, but may still be developing closing skills.
  • University recruiting is explicitly in-scope, especially if they’ve supported:s Event strategy + pipeline building Hiring manager coordination and process discipline
  • Agency roots are a plus, but not required if activity level and curiosity are strong.
  • Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Can keep processes moving across time zones (US + Europe) with proactive updates and clean handoffs.
