As a Full Cycle Recruiter focusing on GTM (Go-to-Market) and Sales roles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our teams by managing every stage of the recruitment process. From building relationships with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates, you’ll own the recruiting lifecycle and be a trusted partner who provides strategic recruiting guidance and fresh approaches to talent acquisition. The role will be based in our Foster City office and in-office environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a focus on GTM/Sales roles, including; Pre-sales, post-sales, account management, sales engineering, and marketing roles.
  • Experience hiring for positions across all levels, from individual contributors to leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, ideally within SaaS or B2B companies.
  • Global recruitment experience, particularly in AMEA and Europe, is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem).

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand their needs and define the recruiting strategy for Sales and GTM roles at all levels (from IC to leadership).
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including conducting proactive market research and sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Introduce new and innovative sourcing methods to continuously build and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback, and maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
  • Close candidates and manage offer negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating our culture, mission, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring decisions and provide insights to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in the GTM and Sales recruiting landscape and share insights with the broader team.

Benefits

  • Compensation for this role is in the range of $60-$85 per hour.
  • This position is offered on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
