About The Position

You will engage directly with senior Go-to-Market stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of what is required to deliver a GTM across, develop a plan to deliver the GTM requirements, and run and monitor a program to deliver the GTM. The GTM delivery team will be inter-disciplinary and multi-LoB, and it will be necessary to manage the workload of the virtual team - respecting other competing priorities that members of the team might have within their permanent team hierarchy. As a leader, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage risks and escalations across your project portfolio. Reporting progress of the program is a key responsibility. You will work with senior stakeholders to define project and project KPIs, and then to provide accurate, transparent reporting throughout the life of the project. Within each program, you will also focus on identifying customer engagements that could be turned into customer references and developing those customer references of all types - Oracle Cloud World keynote contributions, peer-to-peer references etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in rapidly deploying cloud solutions into business environments.
  • Ability to orchestrate project delivery teams for complex projects.
  • Experience working across internal and external culturally diverse teams.
  • Strong communication, liaising, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
