As a leader in the GTM delivery team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan to deliver the GTM requirements and running a program to ensure successful delivery. The team will be inter-disciplinary and multi-Line of Business (LoB), requiring effective management of the virtual team's workload while respecting competing priorities within their permanent team hierarchy. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, addressing risks and escalations across your project portfolio. Reporting progress of the program is a key responsibility, and you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project KPIs and provide accurate, transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will focus on identifying customer engagements that can be transformed into customer references, including contributions to Oracle Cloud World keynotes and peer-to-peer references.
