About The Position

We’re hiring a GTM Operations teammate — a business-savvy, technically fluent operator who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and growth. This is a hands-on role responsible for architecting and scaling the internal systems and automations that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll work across RevOps, BizOps, and Marketing Operations to design low-code workflows, implement AI-driven processes, and ensure our GTM infrastructure runs as intelligently and efficiently as our business strategy. This role sits within our Operations team and collaborates closely with Product, Data, and Engineering. You’ll be the connective tissue across systems, ensuring our commercial teams operate with speed, visibility, and precision.

Requirements

  • Combine technical literacy (APIs, databases, automation tools) with business acumen
  • Experience with low-code tools like Zapier, Retool, or Airtable
  • Experience deploying or customizing AI tools for business process automation, data enrichment, or predictive analytics
  • Ability to see how workflows, data models, and automation connect across teams
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership from scoping through execution

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the architecture connecting CRM, marketing, and revenue systems (HubSpot, InCycle, Omni, etc.)
  • Leverage Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts to eliminate manual work and orchestrate cross-platform workflows
  • Implement AI/ML-driven tools for lead scoring, content personalization, forecasting, and process automation
  • Ensure clean, unified data across marketing, sales, and finance systems to support analytics and strategic decisions
  • Work with Growth, Operations, and Engineering to align systems design with business objectives
  • Identify process bottlenecks and design smarter workflows that save time, improve accuracy, and drive revenue outcomes

Benefits
