Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Operational or Strategy roles at a top-tier technology company.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and SFDC; strong command of analytics, reporting and productivity measurement.
  • Demonstrated success leading global initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders, and influencing senior executives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills; adept at collaboration, persuasion and managing across cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous findings into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • End-to-end experience leading strategic initiatives - from problem framing and analysis through implementation, communication and change management.
  • Strong change management and adoption leadership skills, with a track record of successfully embedding new processes and driving organizational buy-in.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner to global Sales Leaders, aligning regional priorities with worldwide strategy.
  • Define, standardize, and drive global forecasting and pipeline processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and predictable execution of revenue growth QoQ.
  • Lead worldwide planning processes, including organizational design, headcount strategy, quota methodology, territory design, rules of engagement, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify and operationalize opportunities to improve Sales execution, accelerate pipeline progression, and enhance seller efficiency.
  • Lead and enable large-scale cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of global processes, forecasting rigor, and playbook frameworks through clear communication, enablement, and executive engagement.
  • Establish global health-of-business reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Represent the needs of the global Sales organization within company-wide initiatives, ensuring cross-functional projects and programs deliver measurable impact.
