The Demand Gen Ops organization sits at the juncture of GTM teams driving new customer acquisition across all LinkedIn products, partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Sales Development, Finance, Product, etc.) to tackle the most important strategic and operational initiatives to drive business growth. Our team serves as the strategy and operations partners for Marketing, Sales Development and other x-functional leadership. In this role, you will be part of our Marketing Planning & Performance (P&P) sub-team, working on global operations across marketing driven member signups or customer acquisitions. You will partner with senior leaders on Acquisition across the demand generation funnel at a unique transformation point as LinkedIn introduces new offerings and seeks to accelerate marketing's contribution to lead flow for our sales development teams. The Associate should have strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, be open minded to challenge the status quo and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence.
