About The Position

As GTM Innovation Lead, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance our GTM team's effectiveness, accelerate customer acquisition and propel expansion. Working closely with the GTM teams, Business Technology, Data Science and our Automation Engineer, you'll develop innovative approaches to leverage AI for identifying revenue opportunities, improving sales processes, and optimizing customer conversion rates. You'll partner with sales leadership to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can transform revenue generation and customer acquisition. Your role will be crucial in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that help our sales team identify, pursue, and close more deals effectively. You will partner with our Automation Engineer to launch and scale solutions. You'll lead our thinking on how to best leverage AI workflows, agents and modern tools to make our GTM more efficient.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total work experience in a mix of commercially-focused roles such as sales, revenue enablement, sales engineering, GTM engineering or business development customer success, and technical roles such as operations, engineering or product management
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI applications in sales and revenue generation: you can prove the ROI of AI or automated workflows you’ve built
  • A clear perspective on the future of AI-driven GTM including leading-edge tooling
  • Strong bias to action and high ownership: you’ll ship quickly and continuously
  • Exceptional communication skills: you can break down complex AI workflows into clear summaries for non-technical audiences
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue optimization
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be located in New York or San Francisco

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of sales automation and AI implementation
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and analysis
  • Familiarity with Notion as a power user or administrator
  • Background in sales operations or revenue operations
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • History of successful revenue-driving initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline and ARR outcomes for our selling teams by deploying AI-enhanced prioritization, outreach and deal execution for new and existing customers using both third party tooling and internal builds
  • Design AI-driven solutions that improve ramp metrics and help all of our GTM personas reach their max potential. Augment all of our selling teams with AI driven coaching.
  • Design and implement AI solutions that streamline sales workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Develop frameworks to measure and optimize the revenue impact of AI implementations across the GTM organization.
  • Bridge the gap between sales teams and technical implementation, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.
